Yes, Yasmin – I realised it too as I was reading – isn’t it interesting (for lack of a better word)how we miss these nuances as we read the interpretation of the Qursn (I do not know Arabic so have to depend on translations). Very significant point

I love how the author pointed out that in Surah Baqarah verse 185 Allah (s.w.t) couples Ramadan first with the Quran and then to fasting. This is such a significant point that I never noticed before.
