Truely I did not find the word ‘HARAM ‘ in suratul maida verse 90-91 . But I found the word ‘IJTANIBUH’ which to perceptionally ( to my understamding) mean ‘AVOID’ or ABSTAIN. If this is the correct meaning of Ijtanibuh in english , perceptionally it it means a prohibition at one’s will and not a prohibition (Haram) in Quran stated in case of other food and drinks like pork, blood etc.
Please help me to understand it correctly.

I have heard that the principle is “permissibilty except in worship AND meat AND sexual acts” regards to meat because needs to be slaughtered to make halal and sex requires a nika so their origin is haram otherwise and that imams Nawawi said this is an issue of consensus but generally the meat/sex is never mentioned by most and worship.

is it permissible to wear a silk tie for a muslim man?

I do know that wearing silk clothes is haram for men, but someone told me that some consider a silk tie not as a clothing..and therefore it is not haram.

i wanna have a qualified response please.
