And He Found Yuh Unaware (((Of The Qur’an, it’s Legal Laws))) And Guided Yuh???
He Found Yuh Poor And Made Yuh Rich ((Self Sufficient, Self Commitment etc..)))
So now how will yuh react to these Qur’anic verses???

Shukran for the article, JazakAllah. Most of these ahadith were new to me. The main one we usually remember about food is (excuse the paraphrasing) – Sufficient for the son of Adam is a few morsels…at the most, fill a third with food, a third with water and leave a third for air. Also – the son of Adam fills no vessel worse than his stomach. Most of the narrations mentioned are a bit stronger though in terms of how the Prophet (saw) essentially experienced starvation and hunger. They make us reflect on how we much we eat and surely we need to reduce our intake, but should we also be going to the level we see the Prophet (saw) experienced? Some advice would be appreciated.
