No matter how great the calamity is in this duniya, we always have hope. That’s why we can endure. However, in the Hell fire, there is no such consolation. Allah said in the Quran:

[Enter to] burn therein; then be patient or impatient – it is all the same for you. You are only being recompensed [for] what you used to do.” [52:16]
