This can be difficult. Some people just ‘know’, while others must search. I like what Hira said below. Also giving yourself a good amount of quiet time to ponder, and asking Allah SWT for guidance, so that you allow Him to lead you.

I think looking back at your childhood, and remembering the activities you enjoyed, loved, or the dreams you had back, on what you wanted to be and do when you grew up can be beneficial.

The answer is probably somewhere in your past, if not, at least you would get some hints from your past.

Sometimes people love many things, and struggle to decide what they should focus on. It helps to think about what all the things they love have in common. What is the underlying theme between all the things you love to do?

And if you don’t know what you love yet, then explore new hobbies, until you find something you love.
