I have at times felt the same too as if I was left alone.But each time I thought Allah no longer cared about me, I used to be immediately reminded by a solacing verse:
“Say,”What would my Lord care for you if not for your supplication?”(25:77)

The above verse kept encouraging me to make Du’a to Allah swt that he keeps taking care of me and guides me all throughout my life.And yes! As I ask him for care and guidance, I have always felt them being reflected in my life Alhamdulillah:D
May Allah swt take care of you and guide you too.Ameen!
