Barak allahu fik..
I’ve started ten years ago and left it before even finishing juz amma (juz 30).
In meantime, I came to learn specific surahs like Yasin (challenge in progress Kahf) and I told myself that i have to go back and learn. I smiled reading about your tajweed 🙂 I’m not able to read smooth and fluently a surah if I didnt work on it. I stumble on words and so so.. I decided to learn more of the quran when pondering on the dua you quoted and i asked myself “how quran will be the spring of your heart if you don’t know about it?”
But right now your article give me courage to get on it with more commitment inspite of that hectic and worthless life and forget about my lack of confidence. As my english teacher said, only practice makes perfect.
