I will add a purely personal view : when someone wins at lottery he must be
aware of the fact that it is the money the other players have lost that he receives.
This simple fact make this immoral.

More, let me present the lottery system this way : organizers gather a group of players
by only selling them pieces of sheets where there are random numbers. At the end of
the play, they take a huge percentage of the amassed money for them and randomly
choose a “winner” to give him/her a very negligible part of the sum. Think of it !

Are the payers insane to accept this ?????
