One point I might add here the “learning of the obligations of the role you are in”. For example, if one is a student, he/she must learn the obligations of being a student, seeking knowledge, responsibilities which comes from seeking that branch of knowledge etc.

Same is with a wife, a husband, son, brother, sister, father, mother etc.
