wudu is a type of purification is an important part of of Islam. wudu is compulsory before Nimaz.our Prophet(PBUH)said that “the parts of body which become wet during wudu, that parts of body will shine like stars in the day of judgement(roze mehshir).

In reply to siti. maybe she means that if you have a real problem with paranoia, or maybe some kind of OCD, always repeating everything because of the least suspicion that it was wrong, then Islam does not burden you like that, you should practice to assume the best of what you had done. i guess the ordinary, who are just distracted, should continue to be cautious and follow the hadith, and assume the lesser.

Thanks Sister Noreen, this problem has been discussed since i was small. We were told to assume the least (as per your explanation). Writer’s approach is quite ‘new’ to me and others. Appreciate if you can elaborate further on this Sister Jinan..

salamalaikum brother
this is an excellent article mashallah and inshallah it shuoud have inspired many of us to reap the most rewards,there is one thing though i wud like to bring to ur attention,if in case one forgets or is confused about the number of rakahs one performs in a prayer he must pray one more rakah.if his prayer was deficient it wud make up for it,otherwise it will be written as an extra nafl rakah,and then one must end his prayer with the sajdah sahooh.it is the same when one is performing tawaf,if one forgets the number of rounds one has done.
