Its good off course,companions such as Usman ibn Affan (RA) , Abdur rehamn bin Aouf (RA) were multi millionaries. They freed many slaves,donated millions and fed and clothed the hungry and poor.But what they had was “respect of money.not love”

But getting wealth without having its love in heart in very difficult,thats why righteous people shy away from it, other wise as u mentioned,there is no problem

walaikum assalam warahmatullah brother. well the thing is, this article doesn’t say you can be successful in life without materialistic things, rather it says that success lies in the life of the next world, and that is the ultimate success. I do not find myself qualified to answer your question effectively so I will refer you some articles and links on this site

Asalam. Please does it means that one can be successful in life without money and materiallistic things?
Please advise of on these: i proposed to a muslim sister which i love so much, but she told me not to come to her house because of her parents, but one day i went their to see her parent and i was chased out because their daughter is still in school.
