Indeed, it looks like a very very very difficult task to do at first, but yes, one could accomplish it ONLY for the sake of Allah Subhanahu wa Taala! Can you imagine how only 1% of His Mercy that is on Earth keeps on playing a strong role in our daily life – as Imam Ahmad recorded that Abu Hurayrah RA said that the Messenger of Allah (peace be upon him) said, ((If the believer knew Allah’s punishment, no one will hope in entering His Paradise. And if the disbeliever knew Allah’s mercy, no one will feel hopeless of acquiring Paradise. Allah created a hundred kinds of mercy. He sent down one of them to His creation, and they are merciful to each other on that account. With Allah, there remains ninety-nine kinds of mercy.)) Compiled by Muslim and Tirmidhi. In other place, it has also been mentioned that His Mercy prevails over His Wrath, (Sahih Al-Bukhari, Vol.4, Hadith No.416), SubhanAllah!
So when we anticipate so much from Him, He likewise wants us to put up the same to His creation. And for that, He has made it clear to us that He doesn’t like those who are arrogant boaster (Surah Luqman, verse 18)!!!

Being “never too late” towards something doesn’t only apply to asking for forgiveness and apologizing…but it’s also never too late to do anything that’s good; period.

Perhaps it’s good to look at it this way too; it’s never too late to put ourselves in a place where we don’t have to see ourselves in a situation to have to ask for forgiveness and to apologize.

But as humans; we will naturally make mistakes and/or be taken the wrong way…and definitelty is never too late to take the high road and ask for forgiveness and apologize.
