Thank you! Thank you for your message and thank you for representing us in NYC! I think Non-Latino Muslims have a lot to learn from our Latino Muslim brethren. I am in TX and Mashallah we have a huge Latino Muslim community, and the single most amazing thing about them, is their smile! They always have one on their face. Mashallah. Alhamdulilah such a great show of solidarity. The wider public should really see all of muslims and not what the media choose go portray. I would love to come to the US and see a parade. Just yesterday we were talking about parades in the US. Now I know there was one with my brothers and sisters. Keep up the great work. Also people should share this with their friends if only to show a different aspect.

I think the cultures of the world emphasise some aspect or other of the universal way of life (Islam), which beautifies it, and at the same time rendering it incomplete and in need of other cultures for completion. This is Allah’s design.

MashaAllah a beautiful article 🙂 – one that proves that no matter where you are in the world, we are all equal as Muslims. Also such activities can only create positivities which Non-muslims, and even disillusioned Muslims, will be able to appreciate and understand of what the beauty of Islam actually is; and hopefully these actions will stop them from allowing the media to think for them of what Islam is all about – This is specifically aimed at those Non-muslims who base their views on fear, ignorance and conjecture, as well as those Muslims who base their views on hatred and anger – be they Muslim Extremist Takfiris or Muslim Extremist Liberalists.

As Ali (RA) once put it, “Every human is either your brother/sister in faith or your equal in humanity”.
