In Surah Naml the way Bilqees is described certainly exemplifies some good leadership and people skills, asking for people’s opinion, keeping good relations with her royal court, having the favor of the elites, being wise and cautious in dealing with Suleyman and his threat to her kingdom, her knowledge of when to assume power and when to become humble, her ability to see the truth and accept it when she saw it, her humbleness and submission to Suleyman- only increasing her nobility and rank, rather than reducing it!
