Jazak-Allah Khairan for this very important article. I cant agree more with your view. These are exactly my thoughts that you have managed to put forward so elequently. Through my travels I have understood that we in the West are so relaxed and desensitized. May Allah (swt) make all the Muslims become more conscious and carry out their roles effectively.

the sentence “Many will be inclined to think the previous narrative as slightly exaggerated, perhaps more applicable to the youth than the adults.” was supposed to have been the start of a new paragraph, bc it’s otherwise really long
